QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Persyaratan

• Implement and Ensure the smooth the operations of  quality and Laboratory Procedures according to ISO 9001:2008 Standard
• Implement and ensure all banned substances are not used under the enviromental hazardous substances
• Lead, guide and supervise QC leader and inspectors on inspection and checking Activities
• Schedule Inspection works to be carried out and allocate job duties to the inspectors
• Ensure the proper quality record are kept, maintained and readily available for the reference
• Initiate action to prevent the occurance of any non-conformity relating to the products, process and quality system
• Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system
• Control the further processing delivery or installation of non-Conforming product ( Freeze, Scrap and Reworks) until the deficiency or unstatisfactory condition  has been corrected
• Manage Laboratory Activites
• Responsible for Customer Feed Back / Complaint 8D Corrective action report and shall follow up on the committed permanent corrective actions to ensure compliance and determined to be effective shall be reviewed and closed as satisfactory

Requirement :

• Degree of Chemistry  or Chemical Engineering or Metallugy
• 2-3 Years of Experience as QC Supervisor
• Able to do analysis and familiar with laboratory equipment
• Good Personality and High Initiative
• Willing to Work Hard / In a Team
• Fluent in English
• Computer Literate
