YANMAR AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY MANUFACTURING INDONESIA didirikan. Tahun 2001 P.T. YKT GEAR INDONESIA didirikan.

MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Persyaratan

• Oversee daily operation, includes planning, coordinating and directing to ensure machine shop operates in full compliance with work procedures and standards.
• Accountable for the machine shop facility and performs these duties by applying his management and technical expertise in a professional manner.
• Initiate, implement, and manage the machine shop program based on priority/best practices with an emphasis on planning/scheduling
• Monitor the usage of consumables raw materials and tools and initiate reordering when necessary
• Ensure that operators and staff are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the machine shop program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner
• Communicate regularly with the team, both individually and as a group, to ensure good communication concerning operational issues and flag issues\concerns upwards
• Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, proactively solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Initiate and carry out continuous improvement projects to improve effectiveness and/or reduce operating costs
• Plan and organize the work for all projects undertaken within the Machine Shop with input from Engineering, Project Execution, Supply Chain, Quality and HSE
• Prioritize and update the Production schedules and report the progress to the General Manager/Director of Manufacturing Division
• Support tenders with machining schedule and cost input

The Successful Applicant has to possess:

• Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a Manufacturing background.
• Has existing experience in Machine Shop management
• In depth knowledge of machining processes and technical knowhow
• Having a good leadership skill, interpersonal intelligent, presentational and coaching skills, production planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities on daily basis
• Comfortable with budgets and control of expenditures
• Age between 45 – 50 years old
