Position
JUNIOR SUPERVISOR UTILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Job Summary:
Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation,
maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. As a technician, you'll be
responsible for making sure machinery and equipment runs smoothly. You could
work in manufacturing, production. You could do any job from fixing machinery
on a food production line .However, your work will be either preventative or
emergency maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise the Operation and Maintenance for utility machineries ( Cool Rooms, Chiller, AHU, Compressors, Dust Collectors) and infrastructure (Building and all its equipment) efficiently towards achievement of the targeted needs and requirements of all Departments in the organization.
- Formulate and ensure that schedule Preventive Maintenance Program for Utility machineries, building maintenance, Emergency repair operations with minimum unplanned downtime.
- Supervise all improvements and plant facilities carried out are of the highest standard and meet the company quality standards and requirements (such as: Hygiene, GMP, HACCP, ISO, Health and Safety Environment)
- Ensure ISO implementation is carrying out to maintain ISO standards within the organization
Experience Required for the Role:
- At least D3 Mechanical/Energy Conversion (Cooler, HVAC)
- Working experience at least 3 years at Consumer Goods Manufacturing operation (same position)
- Hands on (preferably knows chiller, AHU, HVAC)
- Possess analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good Leadership skills
- Trustworthy and dependable.
Competencies required for the role:
- Proven capability to Manage all maintenance roles
- Proven capability to Monitor daily maintenance activities to reach Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
