Position
PRODUCTION CONTROL SPECIALIST
(BASED IN BOGOR)
Job Description :
- Operate as business center linking pin to the maintenance manager, staff engineer, and the craftsmen
- Aids the Maintenance Manager in establishing PM and lubrication schedules to maximize equipment up time
- Helps establish equipment installation schedules including machine start up
- Provides support for establishing start up and shutdown schedules as required holiday, weekend and equipment changes
- Direct and follows up in all equipment modifications for maximum output and minimum cost product
- Assist industrial engineering in establishing proper PW and/or changes in work procedures to maximize productivity and cost
- Work with all members of the business team to maximize effort for cost improvement and all waste items
- Motivates, leads and direct the total business team center member to operate a safe, clean, and organized work environment to maximize equipment uptime with minimum cost to the total product
- Monitors equipment down time, makes recommendation for improvement and follow up on all changed procedures to maximize equipment uptime and reduce product cost
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Ideally you need to have a minimal of 3 - 5 years of working experience automotive industry
- Proficient knowledge in on Industrial Manufacturing or Processing in related role
- Ideally you need to be assertive and take the initiative to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Sharp analytical skill, positive outlook and enthusiastic
