Kalbe Farma didirikan pada 10 September 1966, oleh 6 bersaudara, yaitu Khouw Lip Tjoen,Khouw Lip Hiang, Khouw Lip Swan, Boenjamin Setiawan, Maria Karmila, F. Bing Aryanto. Kalbe Farma telah jauh berkembang dari awal mulanya sebagai usaha farmasi yang dikelola di garasi rumah pendirinya di wilayah Jakarta Utara.

- Min. Bachelors Degree required with a concentration in civil engineer, business, finance and or accounting
- Five to seven years of proven experience in asset management.
- Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR and discounted cash flow modeling.
- Oversee local third party property managers and leasing agents.
- Propose goals and objectives for each property.
- Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the portfolio.
- Monthly review of operating statements.
- Assist in the due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions.
- Principal Objective of Position: The primary function of the Asset Manager is to assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the assigned portfolio.
REGULATORY
OFFICER

- Ensure regulatory compliance of Kalbe product registration process with BPOM regulation.
- Ensure that submission and follow up application to BPOM are performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Update the registration database and status in a regular basis.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00
